The Hedvig-project involved me and my team looking into the UX/UI of Hedvigs app. Our task was to create a prototype in Figma to showcase our solution to their concerns.

“How might we improve claim status and follow up so that our members are more successful in knowing what is happening with their claims throughout the process?”

Not enough confirmation when filing a claim.

Not enough follow up on active claims.

Information get lost in the one thread chat - not easily accessible.

A holding hand from start til finnish.

We realized Hedvig holds the users hands in the beginning and at the end. But what about the in between?

To reassure users we wanted to give them all the information they might need to feel like Hedvig is there to hold their hand throughout the whole process.
